KONAMI REMOVING SILENT HILLS' P.T. FROM PLAYSTATION STORE

Get it while you still can

The "playable teaser" for Konami's upcoming horror game Silent Hills will be delisted from Sony's online marketplace in just four days. The publisher posted a notice on the game's official website, announcing that come April 29, the "distribution period of 'P.T. (Playable Teaser)' on PlayStation Store will expire." Ever since Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima's position over at Konami was first called into question, the future of Silent Hills, which Kojima was set to work on with Guillermo del Toro, has looked shaky at best.Konami has yet to provide a formal update on the status of Silent Hills, but if theremoval of P.T. from the PlayStation Store is any indication, the next entry in the long-running horror franchise could be a bit further off than fans had originally hoped. We've reached out to Konami for comment and will update this story as soon as we receive a response.
